At the Chapel, we strongly believe that children are a key part of our fellowship and that God can meet with and minister, not only to the children but through them. We also believe our children should not just know about God but know God personally. The youngest group (0-5’s) meets in the school room. Our older primary aged group meets in one of the youth chalet rooms, or sometimes outside in the grounds or Kota. The younger group tends to have more informal sessions with a bible story, songs, craft and play. The older primary aged group follows material from Youth For Christ. 

Our Sunday service starts at 10.30am and our young people join the Chapel main service for the first couple of songs, then the under 11’s leave for their groups.  Registration forms for children can be accessed via a QR code at the back of Chapel or on the school room door. 

We believe our children should have fun at church every week and at the Chapel we make this a priority, together with our children’s safety. All who lead our children’s work have been Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked and have regular Safeguarding Training and all our Safeguarding Policy is updated and in place.

Parents with under 2’s are encouraged to bring them into the schoolroom and remain with them for the session. We have a video link in the school room which connects to the Chapel service.
